Kalantra Community
One hour, every Sunday, where the whole ecosystem begins.
A free online Yantra Meditation Circle, guided live from the Kalantra ashram. No cost, no commitment, no experience required - only an hour of your week and a quiet place to sit.
What happens
The shape of the hour.
The same arc every week, so the body learns it and stops needing to anticipate.
00:00
Arrival
Cameras soften, voices settle. A few words on what we will hold together.
00:05
Grounding breath
Simple breath work to bring the body into the room before the mind follows.
00:15
The yantra
One geometric form is offered. We look, then we close the eyes and let it remain.
00:30
Silent sitting
Guided at first, then quiet. Nothing to achieve, nowhere to arrive.
00:50
Integration
Slow return, a short reflection, and one question to carry into the week.
01:00
Closing
A shared sound, then the circle opens. Stay to speak, or leave quietly.
Who can join
Everyone. That is not a slogan.
The complete beginner
You have never meditated and would like a first door that is not intimidating.
The returning practitioner
You once had a practice and want a weekly rhythm to come back to.
The student of Kalantra
You are in an Academy formation and want a living circle between modules.
Anyone carrying something
Grief, transition, noise. You do not need to explain it to sit with us.
What to prepare
Almost nothing, arranged with care.
A quiet corner
Anywhere you will not be interrupted for an hour. A chair or a cushion, both are welcome.
Headphones
Sound is part of the practice. Headphones keep the guidance close and the room soft.
A candle or lamp
Optional, but a small light gives the eyes something gentle to rest on before we close them.
Water and a shawl
The body cools when it becomes still. Warmth helps the sitting last.
A notebook
One page for whatever arrives afterwards. We end with a question worth writing down.
Nothing else
No experience, no flexibility, no belief system. Come exactly as you are.
Registration
Hold a seat in the circle.
One form, once. Registration closes 24 hours before each Sunday and reopens immediately for the next.
The journey
From a single Sunday to a practice that holds.
One
You register
A single form. Your place is held and the circle is added to your calendar.
Two
You receive the details
The joining link, the UK time in your own timezone, and a short preparation note.
Three
You sit with us
Sunday evening, one hour, guided from the Kalantra ashram.
Four
You continue
Each week compounds. The practice becomes something the body starts to expect.
Milestones
What consistency quietly does.
1
First circle
The hardest one. You showed up.
4
One month
The practice stops being an event and becomes a rhythm.
12
One season
Attention lengthens. Stillness arrives faster than it used to.
52
One year
A year of Sundays. You are welcomed into the Kalantra Academy pathways.

Voices from the circle
I joined expecting a meditation class. It felt more like being met. An hour later I was still sitting on the floor in the dark, not wanting to move.
Amara - Lisbon
The yantra gave my mind something to do so the rest of me could finally stop. Nothing else has worked like that.
Rahul - Bengaluru
Sunday evenings used to be the heaviest hour of my week. Now they are the lightest. I have not missed one since October.
Claire - Devon
