About The Training
Learn techniques. Experience transformation.
This training weaves together Nada Yoga, Sound Healing, Kriya Pranayama, body movement, meditation, philosophy, instrument practice, self practice, nature integration and Himalayan living.
Students do not simply collect techniques. Through daily immersion they undergo the transformation themselves — so what they later offer to others comes from lived experience, not memorised material.
Ten days of teaching in Rishikesh conclude with a three-day journey into the Himalayas. The classroom dissolves into the mountain.

Voices From The Ashram
The classroom dissolves into the mountain. I did not just learn techniques — the training reorganised my nervous system.
— Alessia, Rome
Kriya, philosophy, instruments and then the Himalayas. The integration happens on the trail. I came home a different practitioner.
— David, Edinburgh
The daily rhythm — asana, breakfast, kriya, philosophy, instruments — creates something no online course can. Bodies remember.
